Custom Designs and Artwork

Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins, as they are made specifically for you.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by third-party shipping services are outside our control.

Returns, Refunds, and Revisions

Non-customised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Custom orders are eligible for revisions before final production, but not after the patch is produced.
Refunds for cancelled orders or incorrect designs may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
